At HomeSpoon Cozy LLC, we strive to provide exceptional private chef experiences and customer service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting us at:

Full Refund

A full refund may be issued for cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled service date.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on preparation costs and scheduling commitments already incurred.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a booking, subject to availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible.

Service Issues

If you believe there was an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and any appropriate resolution will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Non-Transferable Services

Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from HomeSpoon Cozy LLC.
