HomeSpoon Cozy LLC provides private chef and in-home dining services. As our business offers services rather than physical products, no items are shipped through postal carriers, courier services, or freight providers.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered in person by our professional chefs at the location specified and confirmed during the booking process.
Service delivery includes:
Private chef experiences
In-home meal preparation
Customized dining services
Special event dining experiences
Meal planning consultations (when applicable)
Service Area
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and staff availability.
Some locations may require additional travel fees or scheduling adjustments.
Scheduling
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
Service address
Event date
Event time
Number of guests
Special dietary requirements
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service availability or delivery.
Delays and Force Majeure
HomeSpoon Cozy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Transportation disruptions
Government restrictions
Emergencies affecting staff or clients
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service whenever possible.
Service Completion
A service is considered delivered once the scheduled private chef experience has been completed at the agreed location and time.
Changes to Scheduled Services
Requests to modify service dates, times, or locations should be submitted as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
